U.S. Strips Visas from 6 Foreigners Who Celebrated Charlie Kirk’s Death Online

The U.S. government has canceled the visas of six foreign nationals who posted on social media celebrating or defending the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

The State Department announced on X that America “has no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans,” making it clear the six individuals are banned from entering the country.

The people involved are from South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay, Germany, and Argentina. Each reportedly posted comments mocking or cheering Kirk’s death.

One person from Argentina allegedly wrote that Kirk “deserved to burn in hell,” while someone from South Africa mocked Americans grieving him.

Others called the late activist “a racist” and “a misogynist,” with one saying he “died too late.”

All six have now lost their U.S. visas.

This comes just days after former President Donald Trump gave Kirk—the 31-year-old founder of Turning Point USA—the Presidential Medal of Freedom after his death, calling him “a martyr for truth.”

Kirk’s death has triggered heated arguments online. His supporters see him as a bold conservative voice, while critics point to his controversial track record.

The State Department said it will keep monitoring visa holders who use social media to promote or celebrate violence against Americans.

“Aliens who take advantage of America’s hospitality while celebrating the assassination of our citizens will be removed,” the Department said.
