VDM Vs Mr Jollof Flight Altercation: Eyewitness Reveals What Caused the Mid-Air Clash

A passenger aboard a United Nigeria Airlines flight has come forward with a firsthand account of the heated confrontation between social media critic VeryDarkMan (VDM) and comedian Mr Jollof that left both men removed from the aircraft.

The eyewitness, who shared his account on TikTok under the username @ezikepaultobechukwu, explained that the altercation began while passengers were still boarding.

Both VDM and Mr Jollof had taken seats in different rows but were close enough to interact.

According to the witness, tensions flared as passengers were storing their carry-on luggage in the overhead bins. VDM allegedly looked at Mr Jollof and said, “I go slap you.”

While some passengers initially thought it was banter, the situation quickly turned physical.

The eyewitness claims Mr Jollof threw the first punch, prompting VDM to retaliate. A brief scuffle broke out between the two men.

“VDM was on the right, Jollof was on the left. While arranging their luggage, VDM first talked to Jollof: ‘I go slap you.’ People thought it was a joke.

Then Mr Jollof started throwing punch. VDM threw back and the fight started,” the witness explained.

Fellow comedian Funny Bone was reportedly on the same flight and tried to intervene, along with other passengers. Despite their efforts, the confrontation had already escalated.

Airport authorities eventually removed both men from the flight, which departed without them.

The eyewitness mentioned that VDM and Mr Jollof have an existing court case, suggesting their unresolved legal dispute may have contributed to the confrontation.

“VDM was wrong. Mr Jollof was wrong… They are not friends. And satan made them enter the same airline today,” he remarked.
