Samuel Adegbite made an incredible comeback from a set down against Israel’s Ido Ifargan-Frenkel in an exciting three-hour encounter at the J30 Lagos Junior ITF tennis championship. Down 2-6 in the opening set, the Nigerian youngster, supported by the home fans, stormed through the second set 6-2 before sealing a hard-fought 7-5 win in the decider.

The tension-filled match in Lagos underlined the resilience, mental strength, and rising potential of Adegbite as it drew loud applause from spectators who witnessed one of the most thrilling contests during the tournament.
