Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, has shared a remarkable story about how he acquired his private jet, insisting it was purely a manifestation of God’s will. Speaking to his congregation, Oyedepo explained that he never pursued the jet out of personal ambition or financial effort.
Instead, he claimed that God instructed him to acquire it, and he simply believed and waited for the divine plan to unfold.
“There was no pressure, no reminders, and no fundraising,” the bishop stated. “God bought it. There was no person contacted under heaven. God said it, and I believed it.”
He emphasized that the aircraft’s acquisition was part of a larger “unveiled divine agenda” rather than a personal desire for luxury. According to him, when God first revealed the plan, he was unprepared for it, yet everything fell into place effortlessly. Oyedepo’s testimony highlights his belief in God’s provision and serves as an encouragement to his followers to trust in divine timing.
“When God speaks, He is faithful to fulfill His promises, often in surprising and miraculous ways,” he concluded.
