Dangote Refinery Cuts Petrol Price to ₦820, Deploys 4,000 CNG Trucks for Nationwide Fuel Distribution

Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced the ex-depot (gantry) price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) by ₦850 to ₦820 per litre from August 12, 2025.

The management of the refinery explained that the N30 reduction is a testament to its strong commitment to building the country and its assurance of a stable and unbroken supply of petroleum products.

In a further move to enhance efficiency and sustainability in fuel delivery, the company announced that it will initiate the phased roll-out of 4,000 Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)-powered trucks in Nigeria from August 15, 2025.
