Emmanuel Obruste, better known as GehGeh, is catching heat online after showing off his brand-new Mercedes-Benz – and people aren’t letting him forget his own financial advice.
The popular content creator, who runs GehGeh University where he teaches people about managing money, posted about his latest purchase on social media.
But his followers were quick to call out what they see as hypocrisy.
GehGeh has made a name for himself by criticizing people’s spending habits.
He even went after Davido in 2023 for giving a car to his driver, calling it a waste of money.
So when he posted his own luxury car purchase, people had a field day.
The reactions were a perfect mix of congratulations and savage roasts:
“TikTok funds paying off! Congratulations,” one person wrote.
Another called him the “richest man in Delta State” and celebrated with him.
But the jokes came hard and fast too. One follower asked, “CAN YOU DRIVE??? I give you 24 hours to return that car!”
Another person was even more brutal: “I give you 22 years to return that car – this is definitely a financial mistake.”
“Congratulations Prof, but this is another financial mistake,” someone else chimed in.
