Davido’s loyal aide Isreal Afere, better known as Isreal DMW, has once again aired his grievances about his failed marriage to Sheila Courage.
This time, he’s using a viral nightclub video as ammunition to explain why their union crumbled after just three months.
The drama unfolded Sunday night when Isreal shared footage of his ex-wife partying at a nightclub with friends.
He claims a club staff member recorded the video and sent it directly to him, alleging that Sheila was also smoking during her night out.
While Isreal initially posted both the video and his private chat about the incident online, he later backtracked, asking people to stop sending him updates about Sheila’s activities since he’s supposedly “moved on.”
Things escalated when Isreal appeared on a live session with media personality DaddyFreeze, where he didn’t hold back his feelings about how Sheila handled their divorce.
“Divorce is supposed to be very painful. You’re not supposed to be happy after it,” Isreal explained.
“But this girl saw it as an opportunity to promote herself.
She went around doing monetized interviews and even giving advice after staying in marriage for less than five months.”
He particularly criticized what he sees as Sheila’s contradictory lifestyle choices, pointing out the contrast between her religious activities and nightlife habits.
“In the morning you carry church, in the night you go club and turn wild,” he said.
“Thank God the whole world can now see the reason she left. It wasn’t because she was maltreated, but because she wanted to see outside.”
Despite the ongoing public back-and-forth with his ex-wife, Israel revealed he hasn’t given up on love entirely.
He shared that he’s still open to marriage and remains hopeful about finding the right partner in the future.
