The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has directed all candidates who previously uploaded their O’level results before the official release of the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WAEC SSCE) to return to accredited centers and re-upload their results.
The directive, in JAMB’s weekly news bulletin of Monday, August 25, 2025, read that all the previous uploads have been removed from its system to avoid discrepancies and ensure that only verified WAEC results are used in the process of admissions.
The Board announced that some candidates who sat for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) uploaded incomplete WAEC records until the official release.
“To rectify this, JAMB has mandated a fresh upload for all candidates, even when their latest results are different from the earlier uploaded ones,” the bulletin stated.
The Board also advised all UTME candidates to re-upload their 2025 WAEC immediately on the JAMB portal to qualify for consideration for admission.
