Kiddwaya Calls on Nigerian Billionaires to Unite and Acquire TikTok

Reality TV star and entrepreneur Kiddwaya has sparked conversations on social media by proposing a bold idea: Nigerian billionaires should join forces to acquire the popular social media platform, TikTok. This suggestion came after billionaire YouTuber Mr. Beast revealed that he had been approached by several wealthy individuals interested in acquiring the app.

Kiddwaya questioned why such major purchases seem to be dominated by Western individuals, calling on Nigeria’s elite to take similar steps.

He wrote, “What about all the billionaires in Nigeria? Can we come together and buy TikTok, or is it only for white people?”

The comment quickly went viral, igniting both laughter and debate online. While some applauded his vision, others criticized him for grouping himself among billionaires.

  • One user, @SznIsreal, commented, “Bruh said ‘we.’ Lmfao 🤣 who made you a billionaire?”
  • Another, @Uzanethegoat, quipped, “You wey wan do ₦50k giveaway wan buy TikTok ke?”
  • Others poked fun at Kiddwaya’s suggestion, with @Junnynba1 saying, “Blud thinks he’s a billionaire 😂😭,” and @Sont_mano adding, “See this Werey.
