A 44-year-old man is facing serious legal consequences after allegedly taking revenge on his former girlfriend in a disturbing way. Gbenga Oluwatomisin appeared before the Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court in Ibadan, charged with conspiracy and breach of peace for reportedly sending intimate videos to his ex-lover’s husband.
Inspector Sikiru Opaleye, presenting the case before the court, revealed that Oluwatomisin, along with accomplices still at large, allegedly orchestrated the act on January 7. The case has exposed a complex web of relationships and revenge. According to court documents, the story began when Kehinde and Toyese Olayiwola separated due to marital issues. During their separation, Toyese allegedly became involved with Oluwatomisin.
However, when the Olayiwolas later reconciled and resumed their marriage, Toyese ended her relationship with Oluwatomisin. The rejection apparently didn’t sit well with Oluwatomisin. Inspector Opaleye told the court that the defendant, using the phone number 08129427990, allegedly retaliated by sending intimate videos and voice recordings documenting his relationship with Toyese to her husband.
