A young man, Tosin Moshood, was apprehended in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, after allegedly pretending to be a mentally deranged person while possessing incriminating items, such as phones, a motorcycle document, an ATM card, and a charm.
According to Ijebu Rewa, Moshood was found acting suspiciously under a bridge on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
Locals, who suspected foul play, searched his body and discovered a Samsung S9 Ultra, an Itel phone, an original motorcycle document belonging to one Mr. Biliaminu Tukur, an ATM card, and a charm.
He was later surrendered to the Nigeria Hunters and Forest Security Service, Atiba, and then transferred to the Nigerian Police Force, Odogbolu Division, for investigation.
Police have not yet revealed his motives or whether he is part of any crime.
