Nigerian social media space was recently taken aback by another emotional post by Wunmi, the widow of the late singer Mohbad, following fresh calls by online critic VeryDarkMan for a fresh DNA test.
Proclaiming her eternal love for her son, Liam, the single mother assured that he would never be neglected or unloved.
She wrote:
“My child will never hear ‘I don’t owe you anything’ from me, even when he’s 30. Baby, I owe you everything guidance, love, a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, and a place to return to when life gets hard. You are mine until God takes you home. As parents, we owe the ones that we bring into this world. Mine will always have me, and I’ll always be here.”
In a different post, Wunmi shared a video highlighting the importance of protecting children from negative influences. She captioned it, saying:
“Never let your child be around people with people who don’t like you. Because if they don’t like you, they won’t like your children either. So never let your child be around somebody who doesn’t like you.”
Her emotional updates come as discussions about the paternity of her son continue to lead public discussion.
