Nigerian billionaire and politician Ned Nwoko has opened up about his polygamous marriage, saying he actually feels sympathy for men with just one wife.
During an appearance on Channels TV’s Sunday Politics with Seun Okinbaloye, the Delta State lawmaker was asked how he manages life with four wives, a feat many would find overwhelming.
His response? A unique analogy.
“Just imagine telling you to stand on one leg. You know how difficult it is. But to stand on two, three, or four legs is more balanced.
I feel sorry for those who only have one wife because it is difficult to stand on one leg.”
Nwoko went on to explain that having multiple wives brings him stability and balance, and he has zero regrets about his choice.
He was also quick to address potential misconceptions about his household, stressing that he treats all his wives and children with love and respect.
“I don’t abuse my wives. I love them and my children very much. I have no regrets whatsoever about marrying four wives,” he said.
Married to actress Regina Daniels and three other women, Nwoko has never shied away from discussing his views on marriage and family.
