Popular Nigerian media personality, Chinedu Ani, widely known as Nedu Wazobia, has announced an upcoming media initiative in collaboration with his colleagues. This news comes amid ongoing scrutiny following his recent conversation with comedian Deeone on The Honest Bunch podcast.
Nedu faced criticism from social media commentator Verydarkman (VDM) for featuring Deeone, a former Big Brother Naija contestant, after the comedian made controversial claims about his relationships.
VDM further accused Nedu of exploiting a UK scholarship program to mislead people—an allegation that Nedu’s management team has since denied. Despite the backlash, Nedu is moving forward with his latest project. In a recent social media video, he teased an upcoming media collaboration connected to South Africa.
Alongside his associate Husband Material and a technical media crew, Nedu shared a teaser with the words “It’s coming”, before revealing the show’s title: +234 from Mzansi.
