Nigeria Judo Federation (NJF) President Dr. Musa Oshodi has commended the National Sports Commission (NSC), Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC), and others involved in the resolution of the leadership crisis at the Gymnastics Federation of Nigeria.
Dr. Oshodi, in a statement, praised the open and equitable process employed in resolving the conflict, describing it as “a just and equitable resolution acceptable to all parties involved.”
He also apologized to the NSC Director-General, Hon. Bukola Olopade, for any miscommunication that might have led to confusion over the Judo Federation.
In the future, Dr. Oshodi hoped that the same spirit of equity and collaboration would be employed in addressing issues in the Judo Federation. He also had hopes in the leadership of Alhaji Shehu Dikko and Hon. Bukola Olopade to ensure a swift and fair resolution that promotes sports development and administration in Nigeria.
