Members of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) picketed the Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development in Abuja on Thursday morning demanding justice for Comrade Victor Ekpaha, a worker they allege was illegally dismissed 20 years ago.
The NLC is demonstrating outside the ministry for not abiding by a court ruling which reinstated Ekpaha and also ordered payment of all his salaries, allowances, and benefits that had accumulated over the course of the two-decade court battle.
