Northwestern Professor Endorses Dakuku Peterside’s Leading in a Storm as ‘Must-Read for Leaders’

A professor at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, Loran Nordgren, has commended Dakuku Peterside’s new book, Leading in a Storm, as “a must-read for any leader who wishes to navigate the storms ahead.”.

Nordgren, Wall Street Journal bestselling co-author of The Human Element: Overcoming the Resistance That Awaits New Ideas a lThinkers50 Best Management Book of 2022, is the founder of Aerocept, a behavioural design firm, and recipient of Poets & Quants’ “Best 40 Under 40 Outstanding Business School Professor” award.

He said:

In politics and technology, the environment, we are irrepressibly experiencing times of upheaval and crisis. It’s a time that demands leaders who have the art and strategy to navigate through crises. Based on both research and decades of practical experience, this book provides a timely handbook for those crisis moments – must-read for any leader who needs to survive the storms that lie ahead.

Worldwide renowned as a leading psychologist and recipient of the European Association for Decision Makers’ De Finnett Prize, Nordgren’s endorsement refers to the international importance of the book.

Leading in a Storm delves into actual strategies of crisis leadership, including tackling uncertainty, making decisions in difficult circumstances, and keeping the team spirit up. It had earlier earned applause from Harvard Kennedy School’s Hugh O’Doherty, who had described it as an absolute must-have for leaders in the midst of crisis and change.
