Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has announced that he is no longer interested in creating trouble but is now focused on generating wealth. The announcement comes after the singer’s recent legal issues.
On Thursday, February 21, the Ogun State Magistrate Court in Isabo, Abeokuta, granted Portable a N2 million bail in relation to a case of assault filed against him by the Ogun State police command. Portable had been arraigned for allegedly assaulting three officials of the Ogun Planning and Development Permit Authority (OGPDPA).
Following the court’s ruling, the “Zazu” crooner shared a video on his Instagram page expressing his gratitude. In the video, Portable declared that he was now determined to focus on financial success rather than conflict, stating that he needed money to move forward in life.
“My fans, thank God for everything. If you have God, you have everything. I need money. I am not looking for trouble anymore. I’m now focused on making money. I have N2 million bail debt. I need more money. I am looking for money.”
