Private Jet Crash-Lands at Kano Airport, All 11 Occupants Escape Unhurt

A private jet operated by Flybird crash-landed on Sunday morning at the Malam Aminu Kano International Airport (MAKIA) in Kano, causing panic but no casualties.

The aircraft, which was en route from Abuja, was attempting to land at around 9:30 a.m. when the incident occurred. There were 11 people on board at the time, including three crew members.

An eyewitness at the airport confirmed that all passengers and crew were safely evacuated from the aircraft shortly after the crash-landing.

As of the time of filing this report, airport authorities had not released an official statement on the cause of the incident.
