Queeneth Hilbert, a Nollywood actress, has also lodged a lawsuit against colleague Destiny Etiko a day or two following the latter suing her for a N100 million lawsuit. We would recall that actress Destiny Etiko had instituted a N100 lawsuit against actress Queeneth Hilbert for defamation.
It should be remembered that the actresses are in a controversy, and Queeneth Hilbert accused Destiny Etiko of snatching people’s boyfriends.
The statement asked Queeneth Hilbert to desist from making defamatory statements against Destiny Etiko and retract her defamatory statement in 48 hours.Also, the statement denied the allegations leveled by Queeneth Hilbert. Consequently, Queeneth Hilbert has struck back at her colleague with a suit that suspended the arrest of the actress for calling it a violation of the actress’ individual liberty.
The suit also put out a perpetual injunction against arresting the actress by stating that she could carry out her affairs.
