Nigerian music sensation Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, has been crowned Africa’s highest earner on Spotify. According to Chart Masters, a platform that tracks global music statistics, Wizkid leads the continent with a monthly income of $1 million from Spotify streams.

The list of top African earners is dominated by Nigerian artists, with South African singer Tyla being the only exception.
