Drama struck the Big Brother Naija house when housemate Imisi clashed with Head of House (HoH) Faith, catching fellow contestants by surprise as well as TV viewers.
The drama moved mid-week when Imisi broke the house’s collective cooking strategy, sparking Faith’s outrage. In an incredible turnabout, the HoH knelt kerosene on the ground and fake grass, compelling Imisi to bring kerosene in the form of a keg to the house in protest.
The situation soon spilled over with the housemates taking sides. Jason Jay, Bright Morgan, Kola, and Isabella openly slammed Faith, chanting, “Faith is wicked! Faith is a bully!” Even Faith’s ally Joanna reproached him, saying, “You messed up. Now the whole house smells of kerosene.”
Big Brother had to intervene, summoning Faith to the diary room as the house grew tense. Imisi, however, dug in his heels, promising to challenge Faith’s authority for the remainder of his tenure.
The fight highlighted fundamental fault divisions in the house: Faith’s affection for routine vs. the rebels led by Imisi. With the house seeming to mobilize on the side of Imisi, the dispute could redefine alliances and strategies for the remainder of the game.
