Nigerian social media influencer Peller has expressed his frustration with the recent 30-Day Rant Challenge, where Nigerians rant about their complaints about the state of the country on TikTok.
In a video, Peller condemned the individuals involved, urging them to take their grievances elsewhere rather than overwhelming TikTok with political rants.
He argued that by so doing, the government would be forced to ban the platform, which would be to content creators like him.
“If you really want to rant, go to the market. Don’t rant on TikTok, go to Instagram and rant there.
Don’t make the government shut down TikTok. Don’t take food out of our mouths,” he said.
