Funke, who is one of the highest-grossing actresses in the Nigerian film industry, was recently seen participating in the Masoyinbo show alongside Olalekan Fabilola, with images from the show making their rounds on social media.
As the photos gained attention, some people began questioning Funke Akindele’s fluency in her native Yoruba language, leading to speculation about how well she would perform on the quiz. Many fans voiced skepticism about her chances of winning, while others humorously suggested she might want to avoid taking part in the program while still playing her character, Jenifa.
Falz, always one to stir the pot, weighed in on the buzz by teasing his “darling” Funke. He boldly predicted that she wouldn’t come out on top and encouraged her to share the video of her performance. In a playful tone, he wrote, “Zero naira.
