Ikorodu City gave professional contracts to five of their youth team players to the senior team as preparations for the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season gathered momentum.
The five players to be elevated, Maliq Musa, Samuel Ezekiel, Dagogo Ibifubara, Gift Udoh, and Chiemerie Ezeaka, all agreed their professional contracts with the Oga Boys and are being groomed with the first team.
All the five teenagers once served Ikorodu City Academy in the Nationwide League One promotion playoff in Oyo, where they assisted in promotion to the Nigeria National League (NNL).
