Nollywood actor Jigan Baba Oja has clapped back at controversial critic Verydarkman over claims he’s part of a secret WhatsApp group sabotaging justice for Mohbad. The drama erupted after Verydarkman accused actress Iyabo Ojo of leading the group, naming Jigan as a member.
Facing backlash, Jigan hit back hard during a TikTok live session as shared by 9jamediablog, refusing to entertain demands to expose chat logs. “If you like, listen to my explanation, so fine. Do I even owe you an explanation? No! As long as my conscience is pure, that’s what matters,” he fired.
Later, on Instagram, he took sharper digs: “So fast Nigerians ain’t asking for evidence no more? Something you paid 20m to achieve… and you can’t post it? Are we still in the slavery era? Na leg dey pain me, not my brain! We shall see to the end of this!”
