Omoni Oboli’s Love In Every Word 2 Hits 1 Million Views in Under 15 Hours

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Omoni Oboli is celebrating a massive win as her latest film, Love In Every Word 2, breaks viewing records across digital platforms.

The highly anticipated sequel hit one million views within just six hours of release and crossed two million views in under 15 hours, a stunning achievement that underscores Oboli’s growing influence as one of Nollywood’s most beloved storytellers.

The film picks up where the 2025 hit Love In Every Word left off, continuing the heartwarming romance between Chioma (played by Bamike “BamBam” Olawunmi-Adenibuyan) and Odogwu (Uzor Arukwe).

The first film captured hearts across Africa with its emotional storytelling, and the sequel is proving even more popular.

Taking to social media, an excited Omoni thanked God and her fans for the overwhelming support.

“1 MILLION VIEWS IN 6 HOURS??? Bestiessss!!! History is being made right in front of us! God is truly in this story,” she wrote.

“From start to finish, His hand has been so evident in the love, laughter, support, and favor.

Thank you to everyone who has watched, shared, commented, and celebrated Love In Every Word: The Wedding.”

She added that the film’s success is a win for the entire industry: “We are breaking barriers and rewriting the story of Nollywood together.”

The comments section quickly filled with congratulatory messages from fans and celebrities alike.

Media mogul Mo Abudu wrote, “Sweetheart @omonioboli, the biggest congratulations! I’m rushing home to watch now.”

Another fan gushed, “I cried tears of joy when I saw one million views. Congrats Bestie! You deserve this for giving us such a fantastic feel-good movie.”

Others praised her dedication, with one commenting, “Mama, you have paid your dues. Hard work + God always pays.”
