Plateau Pilgrims to Pay N8.4 Million for 2025 Hajj, Board Urges Early Registration

The Plateau State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has announced that intending pilgrims for the 2025 Hajj from the state will pay a total of N8,457,685.59 as the Hajj fare. In a statement issued in Jos by the board’s Information Officer, Isma’il Yahaya, the fare reflects approval by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).

The board’s Executive Secretary, Hon. Daiyabu Dauda, commended Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s administration for supporting the pre-Hajj preparations, enabling the board to fulfill its responsibilities ahead of the pilgrimage.

Dauda urged prospective pilgrims to adhere to Saudi guidelines, prioritize early payment, and complete their registration on time to avoid last-minute complications.
