Sheila Courage, the estranged wife of Davido’s logistics manager Israel DMW, has celebrated a personal milestone by purchasing her first car.
The excited new car owner took to Instagram to share photos with her vehicle, but used the moment to open up about her personal struggles and the spiritual transformation that changed her life.
Sheila revealed that despite having material possessions in the past, she experienced a deep sense of emptiness.
Nothing she owned brought her genuine happiness, and she described going through a particularly depressing period.
The turning point came when she realized what was missing from her life – a meaningful relationship with God.
With support from her pastor and mother, Sheila rededicated her life to faith, which she says restored her joy and gave her renewed purpose.
Drawing from her experience, she offered hope to others facing similar struggles:
“You are not too damaged, too broken, or too far gone for God to reach and do wonders with. He loves you even in your mess, so let Him turn that mess into a message. Go back to the potter’s house.”
Sheila ended her testimony with some lighthearted humor about her driving skills, sharing what she had originally planned to caption her car photos:
“My caption for my car was going to be, ‘If you see me drive by, comot for road, I be learner.’ But yo, I ain’t no learner no more o, I dey match am well.”
