Veteran Nollywood producer, Stanley Ontop, has weighed in on the ongoing controversy between actresses Destiny Etiko and Queeneth Hilbert, shedding light on the details behind their highly publicized dispute.
The feud escalated after Queeneth Hilbert, in a now-deleted Instagram post, accused Destiny Etiko of snatching people’s boyfriends, citing a personal experience. The accusations led to legal threats, keeping both actresses in the headlines.
In a recent video, Stanley Ontop revealed that the conflict stemmed from a ₦1 million gift a married man sent to Destiny Etiko after her leg surgery—a donation she publicly acknowledged.
According to him, the man in question had been in a five-year relationship with Queeneth Hilbert, a fact well-known in Nollywood circles. However, Stanley Ontop insisted that there was no romantic involvement between Destiny Etiko and the married man.
He claimed to have reached out to Queeneth Hilbert to clarify the situation but was blocked by her. In a shocking twist, the producer also alleged that nearly every Nollywood actor has had an intimate relationship with Queeneth Hilbert, dismissing her previous accusations of homosexuality against him.
