Elon Musk’s Ex Says She’s Broke and Facing Eviction Amid Custody Fight

Ashley St. Clair is turning her personal crisis into content. The 26-year-old mother of Elon Musk‘s youngest child launched her new podcast this week with a brutally honest admission: she’s broke, about to be evicted, and desperately trying to make ends meet.

“After a year of unplanned career suicide, questionable life choices, and a LinkedIn gap that can’t be legally explained, I’ve decided to start a podcast,” St. Clair said on the first episode of “Bad Advice with Ashley St. Clair.”

“Not because anyone asked, but because statistically speaking, it was either this or join a pyramid scheme.

Also, I’m getting evicted — and Polymarket offered me $10,000 for an ad read, so the roof over my head is now sponsored.”

St. Clair is currently fighting Musk for custody of their nearly one-year-old son, Romulus, born in September 2024. The baby is Musk’s 13th child.

According to court documents, the billionaire allegedly offered St. Clair $15 million and $100,000 monthly in what she describes as hush money during her pregnancy.

She turned it down. After she publicly announced their son’s birth on Valentine’s Day, she claims Musk cut off her financial support.

Musk maintains he has already provided millions in support, while St. Clair has accused him of behaving like a “petulant man-child.”

She argues in court filings that Musk missed their son’s birth and has only visited the baby a few times.

St. Clair didn’t hold back on her podcast, even targeting Musk’s associates.

She poked fun at Edward “Big Balls” Coristine, a 19-year-old who worked under Musk at the Department of Government Efficiency and was recently injured trying to stop a carjacking in Washington, D.C.

“Everyone’s talking about Elon Musk’s Big Balls,” she joked, referring to Coristine’s nickname.

“His DOGE crony Edward Coristine got roughed up by two teenagers — Fox News called it a gang, but really it was just a bloody nose.

The damage was about what I sustained after telling my toddler he couldn’t watch Paw Patrol.”

Coristine was the only person hurt in the attempted car theft. Police arrested two teenagers and are searching for a third suspect.

The incident has already become political fodder, with President Trump citing Coristine’s injuries as justification for deploying the National Guard in D.C.
