Tufab, who is known to be associated with Afrobeats star Wizkid, has publicly accused singer Davido of threatening him, raising concerns about his safety on social media. The incident came to light when Tufab shared what he says is a screenshot of a private conversation with Davido on X (formerly Twitter). According to Tufab, Davido warned him against using the name “Osakpolo” when referring to him, though Tufab claims he never addressed the singer by that name. In his public statement, Tufab expressed fear for his safety and asked that Davido be held accountable if anything happens to him. “MY LIFE IS IN DANGER. I’M BEING THREATENED!” he wrote, adding that this wasn’t the first time he’d received such messages. Tufab also addressed speculation about his background, clarifying that he has no involvement with any cult or fraternity groups. He described himself as “an army of God and chosen one of Christ” and referenced Psalm 91 for protection. The associate explained that while he had previously kept quiet about what he claims were repeated threats, he decided to speak publicly this time to protect himself. The allegations have generated significant discussion online, with supporters of both Wizkid and Davido debating the claims. Neither Davido nor his representatives have publicly responded to the accusations.
