Nollywood star Regina Daniels caused a stir on social media with a cryptic post after skipping her husband Ned Nwoko’s daughter’s birthday celebration. Ned Nwoko’s Moroccan wife, Laila Charani, recently hosted an elaborate party for her daughter, Naya, who turned 11 years old on March 10, 2025.
Laila took to Instagram to share the emotional moments from the party, uploading photos of the joyous occasion attended by friends and family members. One of the pictures showed Ned Nwoko and Laila sitting next to each other, smiling for a photo, while in other pictures, Naya was seen enjoying herself on her big day amidst family.
Laila accompanied the pictures with a heartwarming message filled with prayers and good wishes for her daughter. Even though Regina Daniels was anticipated to be present, she was noticeably absent at the event.
The actress, however, took to Instagram with a contemplative post that many believe indirectly addressed the matter. Regina, who had recently been accused of purchasing a false Rolex wristwatch, insinuated strength and resilience in her post. She implied that little things have great impact, stating:
“Small stone wey dey bend iron.”
“Small pin charger wey dey charge laptop.”
