Veteran Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has clapped back at social media users constantly inquiring about her husband and children, labeling them as “monitoring spirits.”
Taking to her page, the actress expressed her frustration over the persistent questions about her family, questioning the motives behind such curiosity.
“Everybody has a lifestyle, and if you don’t like mine, too bad. Rita Edochie, where is your husband?
Where are your children? If all these people asking me this kind of question aren’t monitoring spirits, what have they got to do with knowing about my family?” she wrote.
She made it clear that whatever she chooses to share online is what people should take at face value, emphasizing that she doesn’t pry into other people’s family matters.
“Bring up your family history and see if I’ll join to discuss it,” she added.
